Having just got back into Tuebingen the night before, I wasn’t really expecting to get the chance to do little more than tool around in a parking lot. Lari and I drove to the (smaller) Frankfurt Hahn Airport to pick up Kady from her trip to Portugal. But after taking a sandwich, water, gummibaerchen break I locked Lari in the trunk and took off north.. and found then I found twenty dollars. While that would have been a pretty good story, I was really just lucky enough that Lari trusted me to drive. We took a few practice laps around the parking lot to prove to her, and myself, I still knew how to drive stick , and then took off. All in all, I drove for about 4 hours, possily 400 km and just barely pushed over 100 mph (162 km/h). I started out grinning like an idiot, and ended probably feeling more confident and driving faster than i should. Whatever the case, thanks to Lari and Kaddy for the chance to cross something off a list of mine I never thought I could.  (Pictures from Berlin/Leipzig soon)

    To whom it may concern,
I hereby request formally that I, Joey Smith, Supreme Commander of all things Kermit, keeper of many Scissory Secrets, and soul heir to Carrot Top, shall be honored with one guest post (of the hopefully many) for Berlin/Leipzig.
I won’t take ‘no’ for an answer you scurvy fiend!
    Till we meet again-
